FUSION5 large-digit process displays are designed for quick and straightforward setup, saving valuable installation time and cost. They provide precise, stable and reliable operation, with a clear, high-contrast display and adjustable brightness for comfortable viewing in all lighting conditions.

The FUSION5 makes important process information clearly visible from a distance. It accepts common industrial analogue signals, including 4–20 mA, 0–10 V and 1–5 V, making it easy to connect to sensors, transmitters, PLCs and control systems.

Typical applications include crane load indication, weighbridge displays, temperature, humidity, pressure, level, power, speed and RPM monitoring.

Built for long-term use in demanding industrial environments, these displays make excellent commercial sense. Their simple configuration reduces installation costs, while their robust construction provides years of dependable operation.

Signal and sensor options

• Any DC voltage signal from 0–12 V
• Any DC current signal from 0–25 mA
• Two-, three- or four-wire 4–20 mA humidity transmitters
• Two-, three- or four-wire 4–20 mA pressure transmitters
• Two-, three- or four-wire 4–20 mA load-cell transmitters
• Two-, three- or four-wire 4–20 mA temperature transmitters
• Two-, three- or four-wire 0–10 V amplified transmitters
• Three-wire position, length or angle potentiometers

The display can be easily scaled to show the required process value using the user-friendly FUSION5 calibration system. Models are available with four or six digits, depending on the required measurement range and resolution.

Colour-changing LEDs are also available, allowing the digit colour to change according to the measured value or alarm condition. For example, the display can show green during normal operation, amber when approaching a limit and red when immediate action is required.
