Client Background
London Electronics manufactures the EXNR Fusion range of large LED displays for hazardous-area applications where safety, reliability and long-distance visibility are essential.
Certified for Zone 2 and Zone 22 environments, the displays are widely used across aviation fuel handling, chemical processing, oil and gas, and bulk storage facilities.

The Application
The example shown features an EXNR Fusion display installed at a private aviation fuelling facility, providing a live indication of fuel volume delivered into aircraft.
Mounted externally on the fuelling system, the display allows operators to verify transferred litres instantly from a safe distance, with clear readability from over 80 metres away.
The Solution
Designed specifically for potentially explosive atmospheres, the EXNR Fusion range is certified for:
- ATEX Zone 2 (Gas)
- ATEX Zone 22 (Dust)
The displays feature a rugged IP66 sealed enclosure to protect against rain, dust, corrosive environments and harsh outdoor conditions.

High Visibility in All Conditions
Ultra-bright LED digits ensure excellent readability in direct sunlight and poor weather conditions, with viewing distances available from 20 metres to over 250 metres depending on digit size.
Optional integrated heaters allow reliable operation down to -25°C, making the displays ideal for exposed outdoor and cold-climate installations.
Conclusion
The EXNR Fusion range delivers dependable long-term performance in demanding hazardous-area applications, providing clear process visibility with minimal maintenance requirements.
