Our Pledge
For items within warranty , we aim to investigate and provide an investigation report within 24 hours of the item being returned to us.
If your item is out of warranty, we will book in your item, however the below charges are applicable before investigation commences. It may be beneficial (subject to age and investigation with possible repair costs) and more expedient to procure a new item. Please contact the sales team to discuss options.
Basic investigation charges for items NOT covered under warranty:

Plus delivery and any applicable taxes
These charges are in addition to any remedial work required to return the equipment to full working order. We will let you know these additional costs before we proceed, so that you can decide whether or not it is financially viable to repair.
Items returned for credit:
Items which you are returning to us for credit, through no fault of ours, will be subject to a restocking charge of up to 50% of the list price determined on a case by case basis (no refund for custom software or hardware), provided they are less than 3 months old.
