These large-digit pulse-input displays are designed for quick and straightforward setup, saving valuable installation time and cost. They provide precise, stable and reliable operation, with a clear, high-contrast display and adjustable brightness for comfortable viewing in all lighting conditions.

FUSION5 total and rate displays make important production and process information clearly visible from a distance. They accept common industrial pulse signals, including NPN, PNP, contact closure, quadrature and 24 V PLC signals.

They are ideal for displaying production totals, process rates, frequency, RPM, distance, position and other values derived from pulse inputs.

Built for long-term use in demanding industrial environments, these displays make excellent commercial sense. Their simple configuration reduces installation costs, while their robust construction provides years of dependable operation.

A nominal 24V is provided as standard, allowing compatible sensors and transmitters to be powered directly from the display.

Values can be easily scaled into the required engineering units using the user-friendly FUSION calibration system. Models are available with three, four, five or six digits, depending on the required measurement range and resolution.

Colour-changing LEDs are also available, allowing the digit colour to change according to the displayed value, production target or alarm condition. For example, the digits can show green when production is on target, amber when approaching a limit and red when immediate action is required.
