Large LED Digit Displays

The FUSION Series – Large Digit LED Displays

See your critical production data at a glance — our FUSION Series of large-digit LED displays are engineered for real-time visibility across the factory, warehouse and outdoor site. Whether you’re monitoring line output, hopper weight, downtime or days since last incident, these displays keep your team aligned and your processes on track.

They’re designed for minimal setup and installation: you’ll be up and running in a fraction of the time required by other systems — with no lengthy support calls. That means less downtime and faster ROI and built for industrial reliability: many units have been installed outdoors, operating 24/7 for over 25 years, proving that when visibility matters, this display keeps performing.

For most industrial applications, the INT5 and INT4 series offers the best performance for process signals such as 4-20 mA, 0-10 V and 0-20mA

It delivers high accuracy, fast update rates, brilliant LED clarity, multiple digital output options, and a wide range of alarm and retransmission options—making it ideal for interfacing to third party PLC, SCADA and automation systems.

London Electronics’ INT4-L and FUSION-L displays are optimised for load cell inputs. They use high-resolution 24-bit A/D converters, give extremely stable readings, and support tare, peak/valley, summing, batching and other weighing functions. They are durable, readily available from stock and can interface with many third party systems.

Yes. Our COS Wireless/Wired Solution will allow you to connect and average multiple load cells into a single, stable display. With local alarms at each hoist / measurement point and also for the sum load, the solution is highly accurate, durable and flexible. For greater viewing distances, the sum can be shown on our FUSION-S4 series of display.

Absolutely. Nearly all London Electronics instruments, including INT4, INT5, FUSION, EXnR FUSION, SS-FUSION, large LED displays, support RS-485 Modbus ASCII, and optional RTU for full integration into PLCs, SCADA systems and building management systems.

  • IP65 is suitable for dusty areas and washdown zones. Standard on the INT4 series, INT5 series, from the front panel. Standard on FUSION series of large digit display.
  • IP66/IP67 enclosures are recommended for steam environments, washdown or coastal / marine applications. The SS-FUSION and ExnR series are best suited for large digit displays, however for smaller panel meters, the INT4 and INT5 series can use our optional SPC4 accessory for complete IP67 sealing.

Yes. Our EXnR FUSION series accommodates any Zone 2 or 22 application, available with process input, loadcell input, serial input, pulse input and thermocouple input to name but a few input types, the displays arrive full certified to meet the demands of hazardous are environments. EXNR Clocks are also available in Zone 2 or 22, with various digit heights suitable for hazardous areas where explosive gases may be present.

ypically, 1-3 working days on digital panel meters, 3 – 5 working days on large digital displays up to 6”, 5 – 7 working days on 8” – 12” digit height displays and 4 – 5 working weeks on ExnR or SS series of Fusion digital display. Custom displays are usually 4 – 5 working weeks, however, we encourage customers to let us know of a target or specific lead time request and we will always do our best to meet it!

Yes. All London Electronics products come with a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty, and many of our high-precision models include extended support options.

We use a single LED and have high efficiency circuitry to ensure that every product is legible, as standard, in direct sunlight. Using the simple menu options for each display, the brightness can be easily adjusted through 9 levels, suitable for factory viewing or view in direct sunlight. Our large digit displays as standard are both indoor and outdoor viewing. Being IP65 sealed to be placed immediately outdoors or directly in a factory.

The best way to show accident information is by using our British manufactured health & safety displays. These are fully customisable to your branding requirements and built with clear vision in mind, they automatically count days since last accident or days since last RIDDOR and display this information to your teams in real-time. They are easy to install, simple to reset and can link back to  health and safety automated reporting systems.

Our Bay Management and KPI Display System is one of the most effective ways to improve despatch efficiency in logistics environments and busy loading bays. We provide high-visibility LED bay information displays that integrate directly with your existing despatch or WMS systems, delivering real-time, live loading instructions straight to the shop floor.
Using a simple three-colour RAG priority system, the displays clearly show which bay should be loaded next, what product is required, and the current status of each despatch task. This removes the need for supervisors to walk the bays, eliminates miscommunication, and ensures every team member sees the same information at the same time.

Our variable-message LED displays provide clear, dynamic, and immediate communication—helping you reduce delays, avoid bottlenecks, and streamline your entire despatch operation.
