These large digit displays are designed to be easy to set up, saving you valuable time and money. Plus, they are precise, stable, and cost-effective. You and your staff will be delighted with the clear, high contrast display, which has adjustable brightness to suit all viewing environments.

Our EXNR-FUSION-LEM large digit displays are sealed to IP66 and certified for ATEX zones 2 and 22. They let you clearly see important information from a distance. These displays accept standard thermocouple and PT100 temperature sensors so that you and your team can see at a glance your exact environmental conditions.

This family accepts the following signals and sensor types:

• 3-wire PT100 DIN
• 3-wire PT100 ANSI
• Thermocouple type J
• Thermocouple type K
• Thermocouple type N
• Thermocouple type R
• Thermocouple type S
• Thermocouple type T

These can be easily scaled to read your process variable, thanks to a unique user-friendly Fusion calibration system. Displays are available to show your measurement in 4 or 6 digit format. We can also print units text on the display to show oC, %rh, oF etc.

What size characters do I need?

You should measure the maximum viewing distance you’ll need, and use this table to work out the ideal character size for you.

This will make sure you won’t have to struggle to read the display. And, you won’t pay too much for a display which is bigger than you need.

• 2 inch (57mm) = legible up to 25m (75ft)
• 4 inch (102mm) = legible up to 50m (150ft)
• 6 inch (150mm) = legible up to 75m (240ft)
• 8 inch (200mm) = legible up to 100m (330ft)
• 12 inch (300mm) = legible up to 150m (490ft)
• 16 inch (400mm) = legible up to 200m (650ft)
