Clear Status at a Glance: LED Panel Boards for Alpla

At London Electronics Ltd, we believe visibility drives productivity. That’s why we were chosen by Isoma, on behalf of Alpla, to design and manufacture a pair of LED status panel boards that give instant insight into production performance.

The project required two tailored solutions: a compact status board for the reception area, and a large-format panel for engineers on the factory floor. Together, these displays ensure that everyone from visiting customers to production staff have the same clear view of line performance.

The large engineering display was built to show the live status of multiple production lines, allowing supervisors and operators to identify issues immediately. By using bold, high-brightness LEDs, the board is legible across the factory floor, giving teams the clarity they need to react quickly and maintain high efficiency.

The smaller reception display provides a clear overview of operations for management and visitors. Compact but powerful, it reflects the same live data in a simplified format, reinforcing transparency and confidence in Alpla’s production process.
