Meet the Team
Bob has been with London Electronics for over 10 years. He has had a range of roles within the electronics industry which gives him the perfect experience to support his role as Sales Manager.
Within his role Bob oversees the sales and distribution of our products. He is involved in every stage of the process and liaises with other departments to ensure the timely despatch of customer orders. He takes immense pride in our products and enjoys seeing all orders come to fruition.
Paul is one of our longest serving employees having been with London Electronics since 1995. After completing an apprenticeship at ICL he worked for a number of years in the panel meter industry before joining us at London Electronics. Initially working on configuration and testing, he has since gone on to be our Configuration Manager overseeing the manufacture, test and configuration of customer orders. He works closely with the purchasing department to identify the components required for our products.
He likes problem solving and enjoys nothing more than getting a customer returned unit operational again. He gets great satisfaction from meeting the needs of our customers and if you’re happy, he is happy.
Harry has been at London Electronics for several years. He started straight out of college and has been here ever since. Starting in fabrication, he has since trained in several other areas, taking particular interest in the configuration of our TITAN message displays.
Harrys comprehensive knowledge of London Electronics allows him to support the sales department, by dealing with quotes and technical drawings. It also enables him to work with the engineering team to configure the TITANs to meet our customers’ requirements.
Rob King joined London Electronics with a wealth of electronic manufacturing experience, having worked in the industry since the age of 16. He has worked in various departments within the organisation including assembly, configuration, engineering, wiring and inspection. He now oversees the fabrication process.
He has always shown an interest in Quality Management and is our Quality Manager overseeing our ISO9001: 2015 Quality Management System. He has previously been an IPC-A-610 trainer and shares his knowledge and experience so staff can improve their workmanship and maintain the high-quality standards of London Electronics.
Our assembly team have extensive experience as PCB assemblers, many having worked in the electronics industry their entire career. They form a crucial part of the company here at London Electronics.
It is this team that builds and assembles our products. Their abilities to wire and solder are of the highest level. They are a meticulous and diligent team that work together to ensure our products are of the highest quality.
Sales Support Team
The Sales Support team are new additions to London Electronics. They come from a variety of sectors, but all have excellent communication skills. They support the Sales Manager and the Sales Engineers. They are customer focused and are here to help you with any query. Whether its ordering, lead times or shipping they are here to help you!
Purchasing & Logistics
Darren comes to London Electronics from a management role at Sainsbury’s. Looking for a change Darren initially started with us in the Packaging and Distribution department. Over the last few years his role has evolved, and he now heads the Purchasing and Logistics department.
Within this role Darren works hard to manage the stock and ensure our products are readily available. He liaises with our suppliers to ensure that they meet our standards and is a conscientious member of the team. He enjoys the varying role here at London Electronics and additionally works to ensure that orders are received in a timely fashion.
