Our EXNR-FUSION Large digit display is sealed to IP66 and certified for ATEX zones 2 and 22. It lets you clearly see important information from a distance. This large digit display accepts an Ethernet/IP input, allowing you to connect the display directly into your PLC. These displays are ideal for showing important information from your factory process.

We can also print unit text on the display to show kg, oC, Bar, %rh, mmHg, litres, gallons, tonnes etc.

What size characters do I need?

You should measure the maximum viewing distance you’ll need, and use this table to work out the ideal character size for you.

This will make sure you won’t have to struggle to read the display. And, you won’t pay too much for a display which is bigger than you need.

• 2 inch (57mm) = legible up to 25m (75ft)
• 4 inch (102mm) = legible up to 50m (150ft)
• 6 inch (150mm) = legible up to 75m (240ft)
• 8 inch (200mm) = legible up to 100m (330ft)
• 12 inch (300mm) = legible up to 150m (490ft)
• 16 inch (400mm) = legible up to 200m (650ft)
