Atomic time reference - GPS based
Time and date information via RS232 or RS485 - anywhere on earth.

Unlike many common radio time receivers, which are regional, this unit receives satellite signals from the GPS network and from these it creates precision local date and time updates, which it sends out over RS232 or RS485

Applications include precision factory time displays, precision time control, synchronisation etc. It has its own in-built satellite antenna.

The ASR-GPS is a low cost, compact device, which also can be run on 12V or 24V vehicle power.

Variable brightness on INT-L and INT-P panel meters
Panel meters are often mounted in places where the light level can change. Common places include ships' bridges, laboratories and naturally lit environments.

You can now have 5 levels of brightness on your INT-L or INT-P panel meter. This allows you to go from high brightness down to a faint glimmer, suitable for use in completely dark environments.

> Front panel Reset (The rear RESET connector is still available)

Live Updater software
If you want to manually type data into a large remote display, the new Updater software should interest you.

Ideal for production line targets, scoreboards and any application where an 'electronic blackboard' would be useful.

From your PC you can now send different data to up to 10 individually addressed displays, such as the S1700 series of large digit displays, or INT-S 1/8 Din versions...

Model INT-OEE
The INT-OEE is a low cost yet highly flexible and easy to use 1/8 DIN display, which accepts the most common production line signals such as NPN , PNP , contact closures etc.

It is simple to set up and is small and easy to install. Yet it gives you all the important metrics you need to be able to judge how well your production is performing. It is an ideal tool for use in any Lean Manufacturing plant.

It calculates OEE as follows:-

- Monitors production line availability (A)
- Monitors line speed performance against ideal (S)
- Monitors line quality, rejects against total (Q)

OEE is derived by calculating A x S x Q

It has a number of useful plug-in options which make it ideal for use in many control and monitoring applications too.

And it is designed to hook up with our range of large digit production hall displays, so you can share all your important metrics with your team.

16 channel audible alarm recorder / playback module

Record up to 16 addressable 8-second audible warnings. To play them back, simply make a contact closure on one of 16 lines. Or you can feed up to 16 PLC 24V logic lines to the module.

Ideal if you want to give audible alarm warnings in your factory or process.

Each warning can have up to 8 seconds of recording time. A warning will repeat until you accept or cancel it.

For example:-

Warning, vehicle approaching!
Temperature too high!
Pressure too low!
Maintenance due!
Line 4 production slow!
Reject part!
Supervisor required!
Warning sound
etc. etc...
