Parce que chaque ligne est différente, avec différents facteurs qui peuvent affecter la productivité, tous nos afficheurs Andon sont fabriqués sur mesure pour s'adapter à vos besoins spécifiques.



C'est un afficheur andon typique pour 5 lignes de production sur 24 heures. De nombreuses informations sont affichées et faciles à comprendre instantanément.

La hauteur des digits peut être de 57mm, 52mm, 144mm, 200mm ou 280mm. Ce qui permet une distance de visibilité claire jusqu'à 130 mètres.

Les boîtiers sont étanches et contiennent les cartes de signaux de process et alimentation nécessaires.

Ils disposent d'un montage mural ou par suspension, et acceptent une alimentation 11-30VCC ou 95-265VCA.

Ils sont tous fabriqués avec des LED à durée de vie élevée, à maintenance réduite pour un fonctionnement longue durée et sans problèmes pour de nombreuses années.

Fabricant de carton ondulé

Ce grand afficheur a été conçu pour un prototype de ligne de production de cartons composites. Parce que la ligne était supposée connaître de nombreux arrêts pour ajustements, le client souhaitait connaître la vitesse de production moyenne et la vitesse actuelle. Il souhaitait également connaître le temps total d'arrêt machine.

Affichage pour bureau commercial

Chaque équipe de ventes souhaite connaître ses performances par rapport à son objectif. Ce grand afficheur peut être lu a travers un bureau commercial de grande dimension, un programmeur simple à trois boutons permet au responsable des ventes d'entrer l'objectif mensuel. La valeur actuelle peut être mise à jour depuis un tableau Excel.

Production de composants pour l'aérospatiale

Ce grand afficheur est installé sur chaque ligne de production en grand volume de composants pour l'aérospatiale. Cette chaîne produit les composants bruts qui sont ensuite transférés sur une chaîne de finition.

Chaîne de finition pour composants pour l'aérospatiale

Cet afficheur est installé à la fin de la ligne de finition et de contrôle de qualité. Certaines pièces n'atteignent pas les critères de qualité, un compteur pour pièces rejettées a donc été inclus. Les directeurs de production et de qualité peuvent ainsi visualiser à chaque instant l'avancement et la qualité de la production.

Chaîne de production agro-alimentaire

Une usine qui travaille en quatre équipes, avec un encouragement de primes de performances entre chaque équipe. Chaque nouvelle équipe peut voir immédiatement la cible à atteindre et peut contrôler à tout instant ses propres performances. Les équipes les plus performantes sont encouragées par un système de bonus.

Afficheur de production pour composants

Une procédure 6-Sigma bénéficie de l'apport d'un grand afficheur comme celui-ci qui montre la cible de production mise à jour (taux variable) et le total produit pour chaque ligne de production, ainsi qu'un grand total. Les digits sont de 100mm de haut, pour une lecture claire jusqu'à 50 mètres. Des balises lumineuses clignotent si le taux de productivité baisse en dessous d'une certaine limite pour informer le directeur de production qu'il y a un problème sur la ligne.

Wind Speed display

A construction company wanted to monitor windspeed, for crane safety. This display connects to a standard anemometer and cycles through the three chosen windspeed formats.



The display is weatherproof, has ultrabright digits for viewing in direct sunlight, mounts outside in all weathers and can be clearly seen from up to 120 metres away. The display could also show knots, feet per second or any other variant of windspeed you may require.

Can accept pulses or 4-20mA or serial data, from most anemometer types.

This display sits at the end of the finishing and QA lines. Some parts may not meet stringent QA tests, so a counter for scrap pieces is also included. This gives the production and QA managers an instant feel for how well the process is running.
