The INT-OEE is a low cost yet highly flexible and easy to use 1/8 DIN display, which accepts the most common production line signals such as NPN , PNP , contact closures etc. It is simple to set up and is small and easy to install. Yet it gives you all the important metrics you need to be able to judge how well your production is performing. It is an ideal tool for use in any Lean Manufacturing plant. It calculates OEE as follows:- - Monitors production line availability (A) - Monitors line speed performance against ideal (S) - Monitors line quality, rejects against total (Q) OEE is derived by calculating A x S x Q It has a number of useful plug-in options which make it ideal for use in many control and monitoring applications too. And it is designed to hook up with our range of large digit production hall displays, so you can share all your important metrics with your team.
