If you want to return a product to us for repair or testing, please phone or email us to get a Returns Number. You must include a clear description of what you want us to do.
IMPORTANT: You must also include a safety statement if the equipment you send to us has any residue, deposit, dust, liquid or other kind of contamination.
We won't carry out any work until we are satisfied that the equipment is safe to work on and has no toxic, infectious or corrosive contamination.
